LastPass is a free password manager and form filler. LastPass is also available for Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari. LastPass requires at least Maxthon 184.108.40.20600. If you are running an older version, upgrade at maxthon.com. You can download the latest version of LastPass for Maxthon at: https://lastpass.com/lpmaxthon.mxaddon

I've BEEN USING LP for 14 months now and love it. LP will work with ANY browser if you leave a tab open. Maxthon 4+ has an extension which works most of the time. Do not let Browser store user/pass. LP will ask if you want to import say yes then delete from browser. I also use Roboform, and Blur (dnt.abine.com). They each basically do the same thing but in different ways (safety in redundancy). Every week or so I export a txt copy, encrypt it - PGP and store it someplace locally just in case -

I haven't used LastPass for too long on Chrome, Android, or Maxthon, but people here say it doesn't work with Maxthon, but technically it does; Just look for a bar at the top of the login page that says "Autofill", then click the website credentials you want to use to log in; I tried that on a new Facebook password that LastPass generated on Chrome and it was able to log me in! So far, therefore, no problems on Maxthon, so 5 stars!
