以前插件都是在左侧的插件兰，但是现在有些插件更新了后，跑到工具栏去了，感觉很不适应，这个插件的位置应该可以自定义的，而不是作者规定的。例如不能自定义的插件：SEO综合查询 http://extension.maxthon.cn/detail/index.php?view_id=1198 可以自定义的插件：微软翻译 http://extension.maxthon.cn/detail/index.php?view_id=1575
